We really enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend Edificio Coatepec.
Great location- within walking distance to most places. Comfortable beds. It was nice to have a private apartment all to ourselves. Beatriz, the host, communicated well with us- she was very responsive, helpful and flexible.
Shower pressure wasn't great. There was some confusion over payment, as we'd paid through booking.com, but the host hadn't received it. We showed Beatriz evidence of payment and she followed up with booking.com, so we didn't need to worry.

The location is fantastic, the concierge is helpful, and the apartment is comfortable.
The caretaker was extremely responsive. I loved the view from the roof. Great laundry sink. We happened to be there when Mexico was playing in the World Cup. When the national anthem played on every TV in the building, everyone sang along.

Very pleasant experience in Puebla
Amazing location in a historic building thoroughly renovated. Tastefully decorated and plenty of space. Loved locally made the sweets and cookies and the manager/host Aaron could not have been nicer.
No elevator to the third floor. I didn't mind but my 87-year-old mother struggled, especially at altitude. I would have been nice to be able to pay with credit card.

Cómodo y bonito
El lugar es excelente y el personal súper atento. A unos metros del hotel puedes encontrar donde comer y comprar recuerdos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Sólo recomendaría poner una licuadora, aunque eso realmente no afecta en nada la estancia.
